2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Delha P.S.Case No.132 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 401, 413 and 414 of the IPC.

3. It is alleged that the police party merely on suspicion apprehended four accused. The allegation is that they had assembled at a lonely place for committing some crime. The apprehended accused disclosed the name of other co-accused who allegedly escaped from the place of occurrence. Some incriminating articles, however, were also recovered near the place from where they were apprehended.

4. It has been submitted that the petitioner is involved in two more cases in which he has been released on bail and except that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57479 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 2/2 there is nothing against this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2017.

5. Learned APP opposed the submissions.

6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-7TH, Gaya in connection with Delha P.S.Case No.132 of 2017.
