The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have committed theft of a cycle, laptop and mobile phone, but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Nobody is eye witness of the occurrence. Mohan Sao from whose possession cycle was recovered has already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 09.11.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for ten months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40895 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Prabal Dutta, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 330 of 2014.
