JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard Shri Krishna Prasad Singh, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 975 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. The allegation against the petitioner is that when his house was raided by the Police, one single barrel gun loaded with emptry cartridge was found from behind the Almirah of the house of the petitioner. However, the petitioner could not give any satisfactory reply with regard to possession of the same.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and he has been falsely

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and appropriate to enlarge the petitioner, namely Balister Vishwakarma @ Barister Sharma on bail immediately upon completion of three months custody from today subject to such condition(s) which may be imposed by the learned trial court.

The petition is disposed off.
