2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 730 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394, 307 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution, three criminals looted Rs. 12,84,916/- and injured one Rupesh Singh by firing upon him. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has surfaced and he is accused in eleven more serious cases and is in custody since 27.02.2023.

4. Considering the serious allegation against the petitioner and also several antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer of the bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

6. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the cases pending against the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest.
