Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the Police have completed investigation against other accused persons. However, so far this petitioner is concerned, the investigation is still going on.

In such circumstances, it is indicated that the petitioner shall be at liberty to request the Investigating Officer to allow her benefit of Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal procedure, which shall be considered in accordance with law.
