The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 354A, 354B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have caught the hands of the daughter of the informant with a bad intention and also pulled her Dupatta. It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 20.05.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for four months.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for four months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
