The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. One Sonu Singh was arrested and he is said to have confessed his guilt before the police and disclosed the name of the petitioner and other accused persons, but no looted article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 08.06.2015 and he has not yet been put on test identification parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41737 of 2015 (2) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sasaram (Model) P.S.
