The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 81 litres of foreign liquor is said to have been recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 03.08.2017. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
