Petitioner apprehends arrest in Agamkuan Police Station Case No 496 of 2017 dated 06.10.2017 registered under Sections 419, 420, 504, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations are predominantly civil in nature. The petitioner, at best, is alleged to be under an obligation to issue a sale deed or return the advanced money taken pursuant to agreement to sell. The issues are to be decided in appropriate proceeding to which resort to these proceedings have been taken only as an armed tactics.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65548 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner above named shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patnacity in Agamkuan Police Station Case No 496 of 2017 dated 06.10.2017 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
