Name of the petitioner figured in the case in confessional statement of co-accused Sonu Singh and Raja Khan. Save and except the confession, the Police did not collect any further tangible evidence nor put the petitioner on Test Identification Parade.

No.41687 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 P2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 599/2015.
