Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2016 on the suspicion that he would have committed murder of Birendra Singh.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer for bail was refused on 24.01.2017 in Cr.Misc.No.

50658 of mainly considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner. Considering the period had already undergone by the petitioner and only material against the petitioner is suspicion, let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58197 of 2017 (2) dt.29-11-2017 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr. No.77 of 2017 arising out of Marhaura P.S.Case No. 511 of 2015 , subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
