JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that the name of this petitioner surfaced in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused persons and except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner was remanded in several cases which have been lodged against unknown persons.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 313 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42423 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-IV, Patna.
