JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2016 Petitioner No. 1 being uncle of the husband of the victim and petitioner No. 2 being nephew of petitioner No. 1 are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after about four years of marriage for nonfulfilment of dowry demand by administering poison. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners claim to be separate from the husband of the victim and the accusation is omnibus and general against the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or
