The petitioner seeks bail in Bihiya P.S. Case No. 131/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Rahul Tiwary fired which did not hit him. The petitioner Chunnu Rai caught him and thereafter Niraj Rai fired on the left side of his neck. There is no allegation assault against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 13.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
