This restoration petition has been filed for restoration of CWJC no. 12564/2010 which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 19.8.2014.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that advocate's clerk failed to mark the case as a result whereof none appeared at the time of hearing resulting dismissal of the above stated writ petition for non-prosecution.

In view of the aforesaid submission, CWJC no. 12564/2010 is restored to its original number. This restoration petition stands disposed of.
