The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 608 of 2019 registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submit that in view of the report of the Mediator dated 04.03.2023, the dispute between the parties has already been resolved through the process of mediation and the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon the

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the report of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre dated 04.03.2023 as well as the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Barh, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 608(c) of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
