2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 402 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, the deceased was sister-in-law of the petitioner. The petitioner is a junior member of the family having clean antecedent and he is in judicial custody since 16.03.2023.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57017 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 402 of 2022.
