JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases and it is alleged that he was caught with one country made loaded pistol and one live cartridge but petitioner is in jail custody since 15.06.2015 and it is submitted on his behalf that he has been implicated in this case at the instance of his enemies. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Simari P.S.Case No. 124 of 2015.
