JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 18-07-2022 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition of petitioners no.2, namely, Sonelal Rai, petitioner no.4, namely, Punjab Lal and petitioner no.6, namely, Raju Rai @ Raju Kumar. Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the petition of petitioners no.2, 4 and 6 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66662 of 2021(2) dt.18-07-2022 2/3 and learned APP for the State.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 447, 307, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is a case of assault upon the family members of the informant by the accused persons including the petitioners by means of lathi, iron rod and butt portion of the pistol. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that both parties have sustained injuries as alleged in separate incident. He further submits that injury sustained by the injured is lacerated wound which caused by hard and blunt substance. Out of three, two injuries are simple in nature. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.
Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, namely, Sanjeev Kumar @ Rajeev Kumar, Pankaj Kumar and Sanjay Kumar in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66662 of 2021(2) dt.18-07-2022 3/3 from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Barh, Patna in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 107 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
