The learned trial court has reported that due to non production of the petitioner, his case could not be committed to the court of sessions.
Taking note of allegation leveled against the petitioner as well as his criminal antecedent , I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Mahua P.S.Case No.275 of 2014, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur is again rejected.
