Petitioner seeks regular bail in Jadopur P.S. Case No.01 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 413, 414/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Informant is the Sub Inspector of Police, Officer-inCharge of Jadopur Police Station, who in his written statement has alleged that after receiving information that some miscreants had assembled at the house of Sateyndra Sah he raided the said house and found that three miscreants sleeping there on one bed and they disclosed their name as Sateyndra Sah, Bhuvneshwar Mishra and Israsul Ahmad (petitioner) and the petitioner was also one of them and from possession of the petitioner one loaded country made
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3319 of 2018 (3) dt.15-02-2018 2/2 pistol, five live cartridges and one mobile were recovered. It has been submitted by the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 8.1.2016.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.C.J.M.-XIV, Gopalganj, in Jadopur P.S.Case No.01 of 2016.
