The petitioners, being the female family members, apprehend their arrest in connection with Panjwara P.S. Case NO. 68 of 2018 for the office registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 353, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that only because of the occurrence, the entire family members has been roped in and no specific overt act has been attributed to the present petitioners. It is further submitted that the accusation is against coaccused, namely, Rahul Kumar, Navin Kumar and others but not against these petitioners.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62543 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 the case and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-1st, Banka in connection with Panjwara P.S. Case No. 68 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
