The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 401 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended from platform. From possession of the petitioner only pointed nail, two small keys and one broken ATM card were recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 02.05.2015. It is submitted that other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
