Two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 20-06-2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rampur Chauram P.S.
