JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case itself, the informant was in relation with the petitioner for the last two years and petitioner is said to have established physical relation with her on false promise of marriage. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 24.07.2015 and the informant appears to be a major lady. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Singhwara P.S.Case No. 240 of 2013.
