2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 395 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is accused of killing his wife.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 17.03.2025.

5. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the from the FIR, it appears that the deceased was taken to hospital from where she was referred to Patna. He further submits that the petitioner is innocent and there is no

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad/concerned Court below in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 395 of 2023.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial by appearing personally in the trial on each and every date till the framing of charge. Once the charges are framed the petitioner is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
