JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case, the petitioner along with two others had gone to the house of the deceased and thereafter the deceased was found dead. Furthermore, it is alleged that the petitioner was also a candidate of teachers' appointment. Moreover, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased and admittedly after due investigation the police submitted final form showing lack of evidence against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44793 of 2015 (2) dt.28-09-2015 2/2 petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chauradano P.S.
