JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the State, the informant and perused the trial court report. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 19.5.2021 (Annexure 1). From perusal of the trial court's report dated 27.1.2022 it appears that the trial is at the stage of appearance and for remaining prosecution witnesses, summons and warrant have also been issued for their appearance. Petitioner is the husband of the deceased who died within seven years of her marriage in suspicion circumstances.

In view of the nature of accusation and the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused.
