The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that 10-12 unknown miscreants on the point of gun looted about 5 lacs rupees from the informant and his villagers.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. On secret information the name of the petitioner has come in this case. Source of secret information has not been disclosed by

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Purnia in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. case No.23 of 2019.
