2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 376 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (a), 32 (3)(i), 41(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 673.920 litres foreign liquor was recovered from a white colour Bolero Max Pick Up at Mohaniya Check Post. Petitioner is the driver of the seized vehicle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is the driver of the seized pick up van and he has no knowledge about any illicit liquor kept on the seized vehicle.

Petitioner has no criminal antecedent Charge-sheet has already been submitted and there is no chance of absconding the petitioner and tampering with the evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2025. He undertakes to co-operate in the trial.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of regular bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions on behalf of the parties and the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned court below in Excise P.S.
