JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased. It would appear from perusal of the First Information Report itself that the deceased consumed poison being fade up with illicit relationship of her husband with another woman. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 229 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Md. Anwar Shamim, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhagalpur.
