It is submitted that merely because the petitioner is owner of the bus, he has been made accused in the present case. The fact is undeniable that he was not present. Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in RPF Case No 614 of 2013 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
