The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 448, 504, 506, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant by means of rod, lathi, knife, which caused injury in his nose and eyes. Accused Malti Devi assaulted the wife of informant and snatched her mangalsutra and earring.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 1.7.2019 and have got no

General and omnibus allegation has been made. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioners. As per the F.I.R., both the parties are neighbours. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place due to petty reasons.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Nalanda P.S. case No.178 of 2018, G.R.
