====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 387 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 17 of the CLA Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2019, charge-sheet has been submitted and has antecedent of two cases.

The informant alleges that the accused persons came at the site, demanded ransom and also snatched mobile of the guard Saheb Bharti and one of the accused disclosed himself as Vikash Jee and said that they belong to R.C.C. organization.

No.66164 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has remained in custody for more than two years and till date the charges have not been framed. Learned counsel further submits that no accused would disclose his identity. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2019 and charge-sheet has been submitted, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Maigra P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017.
