The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. Case no. 291 of 2018 registered under Sections 379, 401 of the Indian Penal Code. Battery from the tractor of the informant and of one another person was stolen by Teju Musahar and one of the said stolen battery was sold out by him to the petitioner in Rs. 1500/- It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. He has neither any concern with Teju Musahar nor has purchased stolen battery from him. The stolen battery has not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63311 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. On the other hand, learned APP opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. Case no. 291 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
