Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this bail petition the petitioner has been acquitted from the charges as levelled against the petitioner in the FIR by the learned court below itself, and as such, the present bail application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in connection with Chapra Town P.S.Case No.244 of 2014, S.Tr.No.575 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions JudgeVII, Saran at Chapra.
