Versus
1. The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Mukesh Kumar Jha, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Jitendra Kumar Roy-I, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 4/ 02-09-2015 Perused the report of the Trial Court as per which seven witnesses have already been examined. This indicates that the witnesses are being produced by the prosecuting agency. Hence, I see no reason to review my earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner.
Prayer of the Petitioner for bail in Sessions Trial No.34-B/2009 (s) arising out of Chausa P.S. Case No. 71 of 2003 pending before the Sessions Judge, Madhepura, is once again rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to abide by the trial plan. (Anjana Prakash, J) JA/- U T
