The petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2017 in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 137/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386/387/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither has his phone been used in connection with the alleged threats nor is he in any way involved in the same and he is also not having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegations made and that the petitioner has no criminal history, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
