JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307,341 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged against the petitioner that the petitioner caused fire arm injury on the left leg of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though injury has been found to be grievous but the doctor has opined that the injury has been caused by the hard and blunt substance. It is further submitted that the informant has retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.41066 of 2014 (4) dt.13-04-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
