The petitioner seeks bail in SC/ST Lakhisarai P.S. Case no. 02/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 435, 436 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is of course named in the FIR and the informant said that in the night of 28.12.2014 the petitioner and other accused persons set ablaze his Kirana shop. It appears that the FIR was lodged on 07.01.2015 with regard to the offence took place on 28.12.2014. There is inordinate delay in lodging the FIR causing suspicion on veracity of the prosecution case.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
