The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No.155 of 2022 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution story, the informant who is own brother-in-law alleged that all the family of his in-laws brutally assaulted him on the direction of his wife Anju Kumari and specific allegation against this petitioner is of hitting on his leg causing fracture which has also come in the observation of the learned Sessions Judge recorded as grievous in nature.
