CORAM:

HONOURABLE MR.

JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is a P.D.S. licensee, bearing License No. 20 of 2007. He prays for quashing the order as contained in Memo No. 892, dated 06.08.2014 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Danapur, by which his P.D.S. license has been cancelled. The petitioner filed an appeal/representation before the Collector, Patna.

In my view, the petitioner should file a proper appeal before the Collector, Patna against the order of cancellation. In case, such appeal is filed within a period of one month, the delay in filing the appeal would be condoned. It is further observed that the appellate authority would dispose of the appeal preferably

Patna High Court CWJC No.17439 of 2014 (2) dt.04-09-2015 2 / 2 within a period of four months from the date of filing of the same. This application stands disposed of.
