JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. All the sections are bailable in nature except Section-354 of the Indian Penal Code and it appears from perusal of the first information report that the allegation of Section-354 of the Indian Penal Code is not specific against petitioners. Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bodh-Gaya P.S. Case No. 148 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-Ist-cum-Special Judge (POSCO Act), Gaya.
