JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-08-2019 An order, dated 09.03.2018, passed by the Collector, Buxar, in Case No. 182 of 2006, has been put to challenge in the present writ application.

The said order appears to have been passed in a proceeding arising out of under the Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, 1947, in pursuance of this Court's order, dated 16.08.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12697 of 2014. The petitioners have alternative remedy before the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna, by making appropriate application. This writ application is accordingly disposed of with observation that the petitioners shall be at liberty to approach

Patna High Court CWJC No.16661 of 2019(2) dt.16-08-2019 2/2 the Bihar Land Tribunal. If any question of limitation arises before the Tribunal, the petitioners shall be at liberty to seek condonation of delay on any reasonable and justifiable ground including the ground that they were pursuing the matter before this Court by filing this writ application.
