The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No.131 of 2022 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged seized liquor or motorcycle. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61317 of 2022(3) dt.11-04-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each bond to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Excise Court No.1, Gaya in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No.131 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
