2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 473 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and he is not named in the first information report. His name surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Kanchan Rishi.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
