ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. It appears that due to inadvertence, the petitioners had wrongly stated in the cause title of Cr.Misc. No.41072 of 2017 father's name of petitioner no.2 as Ram Dayal Rai instead of Late Ram Prasad Rai. Accordingly, in the order dated 19.09.2017 passed in Cr.Misc. No.41072 of 2017, granting bail to both the petitioners, the name Sitaram Rai, son of Ram Dayal Rai has been recorded.

The present modification application seeks to correct the father's name of petitioner no.2, which has now been rightly mentioned as Late Ram Prasad Rai instead of Ram Dayal Rai.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48834 of 2017 (2) dt.11-10-2017 2/2 In view of the fact that the father's name of petitioner no.2 is stated to be Late Ram Prasad Rai in Column 7 at Serial No.4 of the F.I.R. in connection with which the petitioner has been arrested, let the necessary corrections be recorded in the order sheet and the father's name of petitioner no.2 be read as Late Ram Prasad Rai.

The order dated 19.09.2017 passed in Cr.Misc. No.41072 of 2017 is modified to the above extent. The modification application, thus, stands allowed. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
