The sole petitioner, who is named as one of the main accused in connection with Agam Kuwan P.S. Case No. 126 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 420/ 379/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code , has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated. He being a driver of the 'tempo' has committed no offence whereas Sri Ramchandra Singh , learned A.P.P. opposing the prayer submits that from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28319 of 2016 (2) dt.26-07-2016 2/2 F.I.R. it appears that petitioner is the main accused. I have perused the F.I.R. I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.
