JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-07-2016 Heard Sri Nirmal Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ramchandra Singh, learned A.P.P. The sole petitioner, who is named as one of the main accused in connection with Agam Kuwan P.S. Case No. 126 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 420/ 379/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code , has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated. He being a driver of the 'tempo' has committed no offence whereas Sri Ramchandra Singh , learned A.P.P. opposing the prayer submits that from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28319 of 2016 (2) dt.26-07-2016 2/2 F.I.R. it appears that petitioner is the main accused. I have perused the F.I.R. I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.
