Taking into consideration that it was Sunil Manjhi @ Chandla Manjhi who gave fatal blow to the deceased and petitioner being father of the main accused Sunil Manjhi @ Chandla Manjhi only abused the informant and others, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Khijarsarai P.S.
