2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Maner P.S Case No. 273 of 2024 from the Court of learned J.M, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submits that earlier prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 88112 of 2024.

4. On perusal of stage of trial report sent by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57160 of 2025(5) dt.14-11-2025 2/2 JMFC, Danapur, it appears that case is presently at the evidence stage and it is expected that the trial will probably be concluded within three months.

5. Considering the above report that trial is likely to be concluded in near future and there is no fresh ground to consider his prayer for regular bail. This Court is not inclined to grant regular bail of the petitioner. Hence, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected again. However, learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within three months as mentioned in the letter of the trial Court.
